This is my version this model. I took the time to scratchbuild the robot's lower compartment and also add lights to his chest. This is the first model that I've done in 20 years. I have to say acrylic paints work so well as opposed to enamels from my day. This website has given me great information on painting and techinque of detailing and scratchbuilding just about any model. I mostly enjoy sci-fi models growing up with such shows as lost in Space: 1999, UFO and Battlestar Galactica, to name a few.
