I wanted to submit a "George Reeves" Superman that I recently completed. I purchased the resin replacement head from Diceman Creations. The model itself is actually a combination of old models from the later 70s - mid 80s and the cape from the 1999 Revell reissue. All work/paint was done by hand. The blue on the costume is actually 5 different washes - each sealed with a dullcoat. The emblem is a scan taken from a color photo of Reeves as Superman - then posterized on my computer. The figure also includes a pinkie ring that Reeves was known to wear. I've been away from modeling for about 30 years and I'm amazed what a kick it can still be.
