Jeff Brown's Superman Minimize
This kit was rebuilt from an original, 1964 edition I found in Seattle. The only non-original part I used was the front part of the left leg because the mounting peg had been broken off. I used metalizer on the girders and included holes and rivets. Additionally, I used part of a girder and brick from a Monogram reissue to have some 'garbage' on the base. The floor part of the base was subdivided into smaller squares and painted grey and black. The detailing of the rebuilding was chronicled in Issue 1 of Gordy Dutt's "Kitbuilders and Glue Sniffers" magazine (April 1991).
