The first photo is a Prehistoric Scenes styled
Protoceratops designed by Steve Ross, sculpted by Chris Lynch and cast
by Alchemy Works. Painted in a color (orange) that I thought Aurora
would've molded it in. This was a fun kit to do and seemed to be a popular kit
at the time of release. Hopefully more will be re-released later. This kit was
designed to fit into the rest of the PS series from the '70s! A fun kit to
do!!!
The next pictures show a Monogram version of the
Aurora Prehistoric Scenes T-Rex. I wanted to paint him in a patch-work type
pattern because of the large scales throughout the kit. There are three shades
of green and a light yellow underbelly. Claws are a light gray. Done in
Acrylics.
